Nancy Shepard is an experienced professional with 16 years in non-profit management, 12 years in medical sales, and 22 years as a registered nurse. She excels in building critical customer relationships, non-profit fundraising and management, and patient care across varied specialties, including oncology, surgery, and endoscopy. 

Nancy is the Founder and Executive Director of the Indiana Women in Need Foundation, a statewide non-profit breast cancer agency dedicated to assisting women and men undergoing breast cancer treatment. In 2000, Nancy received the Way Out Award in recognition of her contributions in diversity, leadership, service, goodwill, and business innovation.
